Refund policy

1. Returns

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must be in the original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Note: Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.


2. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


3. Exchanges

Exchanges are possible if the item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

We will:

  • Replace the item

  • Or issue a full refund

Shipping costs for damaged items will be covered by us.


5. How to Return a Product

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at: support@crazzykart.com (or your support email)

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Include photos (if the item is damaged/defective)

  4. Follow return instructions provided by our support team


6. Important Notes

  • Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

  • Sale, limited-edition, or promotional items may be non-returnable.

  • Refunds may be reduced if the item shows signs of use.
